The google doc is a good idea Ehren.

I hope all is well.

Nice plan! I’m really excited for your marathon!

You really do set a good pace when you run… I hate to see what mine would be, Then again we all have to start somewhere.
Great idea posting your progress this way. It probably saves a lot of time in posting in a post each time.
Keep up the great work… Very impressive.

Your still making great progress man! Keep up the great work. You are doing so well and I am glad to see you posting what you do.

It’s nice to see that you are still sticking with it man! How do you feel that you are doing? You should be proud, as I am, of yourself for continuing on like you do. You are a fighter and I am so glad to see you fighting your way back. Keep up the good work.

It’s going alright. I’m too heavy AND fit for the treadmill, it quits on me before I’m ready to be done so all my runs are outside. Yesterday was a bit cold but there’s no turning back now. I have had pain in my left ankle and a friend of mine who is a physical therapist believes it’s tendinitis. It’s getting better and doesn’t slow me down. My first 5 steps into my run are a little painful but then it’s warmed up and barely noticeable.

That’s why I kind of like running outdoors as well. Because once you are out there you have no choice but to keep at it and get back home. Were on the treadmill it’s so easy to just stop and get on the couch or bed :-) I had some tendentious in my arm as well and that prevented me from lifting like I use to, so i know what you must be feeling. Mine is also better and it seems like now the more I use the arm, the better it feels too. What’s important is that you are doing it and not letter a little discomfort get you down. That is a great accomplishment and as always I am impressed and proud of your determination and motivation! Keep it up, man!
