I still want to eat

I was in the mood to eat today and I can’t figure out why.  Once again I know I’m losing, the pants I wore today is proof of that in that it’s hard to keep them up when the belt is loose.  I tucked in my shirt today and that felt great.  Clothes fit.  But I still feel fat.  My stomach feels huge.  It set my mood today.  Kinda down.  I felt like eating and I did.  It was low calorie stuff and I didn’t get out of control but it was more than I wanted to.  Maybe it was from having a great workout this morning on the treadmill.  I ran for 18 minutes, then sharp incline at a slower pace, finishing it off with another 6 minutes of running before cooling off.  It felt good to be that strong.  Maybe my body needed more calories.  We’ll see what the scale says at the end of the week.  

Tonight another good session of circuit trainging.  Had to do it while the wife was grocery shopping but it wasn’t too hard to keep the kids busy.  But she wasn’t too happy that I was working out then.  I just don’t want to wait too long in the night.  I’d like to take a long bath while watching Heroes and then go to bed early to get up early.  Better go help get the kids to bed

slice of homemade pizza, 4 multi-grain club cracker, 1 Reese’s egg, soy nuts and almonds

Snack

Carrots, celery, apple

Late lunch

slice of homemade pizza, 4 multi-grain club cracker, 1 Reese’s egg, soy nuts and almonds

Snack 

Quaker rice chips (sour cream and onion, pretty good)

Dinner

Salad with ham and cucumber ranch dressing, 1 reeses egg (I’m done for the week), 2 multi-grain crackers
