Sleepy

Tired right now.  My body has been fighting a cold and I just want to sleep.  Didn’t wake up early enough to hit the treadmill this morning but I did tonight.  Will see tomorrow if A. I can wake up early enough to do the treadmill again so I can B. fit in my circuit training in tomorrow night.  Hopefully this cold goes away soon.

Breakfast

Kellogg’s Special K, apple, banana

Early lunch

Slice of homemade pizza, 2 wasa crackers, soy nuts and almonds

Snack

Carrots

Late lunch

Slice of homemade pizza, 2 wasa crackers, soy nuts and almonds

Dinner

2 5oz chicken breast, handfull of potato wedges(baked), serving of green pees and carrots, 2 Reese’s hard shell candies
