I have to do an early post because we are leaving for the cabin right after dinner tonight. I ran outside again this morning and had a pretty good pace, 5 minutes faster than the last time I did it. I did do an early weigh in this morning and was 2lbs down from last week but hoping to squeeze another pound between here and Sunday. For this new goal of 10lbs I was hoping to get 3lbs down for this first week and then average about 2lbs until the 4th of July. That would put me in great shape for losing that 10lbs and make it pretty easy to maintain the pace to get to that 5olb mark. Another reason I’m motivated to get to that 50lb mark is that I will have a minor surgery in August which may take me a week or two out of my exercise routine. Just have to schedule it after the 10K.
