Last night’s workout gave me something I haven’t had for a while, a good, hard night’s sleep. Over the last few months restlessness, busyness of the mind, and other things have kept me up. Kids have kept me up! But last night sleep came so good. It took me a while to wake up this morning but I did get a great workout on the treadmill this morning. 5.4mph for 31 minutes besides a 5 minute warm up and 4 minute cool down. I’m officially sweating, but ready for a great day.
